Disclaimer
PlainWorkforce makes AI job exposure and employment outlooks legible using public BLS and O*NET data. Please read how to use this information responsibly before acting on it.
Informational Only — Not Professional Advice
PlainWorkforce is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this site is career, financial, educational, or legal advice. Decisions about your job, training, or education depend on your own circumstances, local labor markets, and factors no dataset captures. For guidance on your situation, consult a qualified career counselor, financial professional, or your educational institution.
AI-Exposure Scores Are Estimates, Not Predictions
The AI-exposure score is PlainWorkforce's own derived estimate of how susceptible an occupation's tasks are to automation, computed from O*NET task data using the method in our methodology — it is not an official government figure and not a prediction that any specific job will be automated or eliminated. Actual outcomes depend on technology adoption, economics, regulation, and employer choices. A high score does not mean a role will disappear, and a low score does not guarantee security.
Employment Projections Are BLS Models
Employment levels, growth rates, and wages shown on PlainWorkforce come from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics 2024–2034 Employment Projections and Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics. These are BLS's modeled, directional outlooks — not guarantees — and they are revised between projection cycles. Source data may contain errors or be outdated. Confirm current figures at bls.gov/emp and O*NET OnLine.
Not Affiliated With Any Agency or Employer
PlainWorkforce is an independent publication. We are not affiliated with the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. Department of Labor, O*NET, or any employer profiled on this site. Employer pages estimate a company's workforce AI exposure from its industry classification and public filings; they are analytical estimates, not statements about any company's actual hiring plans or its employees.
